NL – Dit 19e-eeuwse herenhuis, genesteld in het historische weefsel van Brussel, transformeert zich op elegante wijze tot een cohousing met twee wooneenheden. Een hernieuwde connectie met de tuin en het binnenbrengen van licht staan centraal in deze renovatie. De wooneenheden worden verrijkt met collectieve ruimtes die aanpasbaar zijn aan de noden van de bewoners en zo onderlinge ontmoetingen en gedeelde momenten bevorderen.

EN – This 19th-century townhouse, nested in the historical fabric of Brussels, is gracefully evolving into a cohousing with two living units. A renewed connection with the garden and inflow of natural light will be a focal point in this renovation. The residential units are enriched with communal spaces that are adaptable to residents’ needs, thereby fostering interactions and shared moments.
